How to reach usin the heart of the Dolomites
The Camping Sass Dlacia campground is situated in the Saré-Armentarola area, at the top-end of the Val Badia valley, at the foot of the Dolomites mountain range of Lavarela-Conturines and Sas Dlacia. The neighbouring village of San Cassiano lies 3 km (1.9 MI) northwest of the campground. In the opposite direction, southeast, the Valparola and Falzarego passes lead to Veneto and the towns of Cortina or Arabba. The entrance to the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park lies right next to the campground, with the park stretching north and east for several miles. On the opposite direction, the meadows and pastures of "Pre de Costa" make for relaxing days in summer as well as in winter.

The campground can be reached by foot from the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park and is on a small detour from the Dolomites High Route Nr.1 trekking route.

Camping Sass Dlacia can be reached from two main directions Valparola/Falzarego pass (Veneto) and Brunico/Val Badia.
During winter some of the roads can be closed to transit, so be sure to check the status of roads of the direction you intend to use while planning your trip and before you arrive. We recommend that all campers check the following resources before traveling:

The nearest train stations are Bruneck / Brunico, St. Lorenzen / San Lorenzo, Calalzo di Cadore.
From Bruneck / Brunico and St. Lorenzen / San Lorenzo walk to the nearest bus station and get the bus to La Villa. In La Villa you need to change to San Cassiano and get off at the Sciaré terminal.
Bus terminal is within walking distance of the campground.
From Calalzo di Cadore take the bus to Cortina and change to Alta Badia. As this connection is served in high season only, we do not reccomend to reach us from this route.
