Guided by Chef Anna, participants cook together around a shared table, creating dishes using freshly picked local ingredients while embracing a mindful and sustainable approach to food. 

Hosted inside an authentic alpine lodge, the experience combines breathtaking mountain scenery with traditional cooking methods and a warm communal atmosphere. 

The philosophy behind the experience is a reflection of the respect for the environment, seasonal ingredients and the alpine ecosystem surrounding the lodge.
