Camping Sass Dlacia General Conditions, Reductions and Included Services
1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to regulate the general terms and conditions of Sass Dlacia S.p.A. with registered offices in via Sciare 11, San Cassiano in Badia 39036 (BZ) Italy, inscribed in the Business Register of Bolzano with the tax ID number 00831290218. The terms “You” and “Customer” are used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities who for whatever reason access www.sassdlacia.com or use its services. The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and all the General Terms and/or Conditions – which are deemed to be automatically incorporated into the contract concluded with Sass Dlacia S.p.A., without the need for your written transcription in the same – included in the latest version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.
2. Prices, Included Services & Payment Options
Room price includes: 10% VAT, parking space, Wi-Fi, TV, linen, dishes, cleaning every second day, weekly towel change, final cleaning, ski-bus.
Room price does not include: local tourist tax 2.30€ per person per day. Children under the age of 14 are exempted. Pets 8.00€ per day, cot or extra bed 15.00€ per day. Use of the Natura Wellness centre, breakfast.
Campground price includes: 10% VAT, use of toilets and showers, Wi-Fi, Ski-bus. Rolling Home pitches can host one car and one tent, one car and one caravan or one camper. Alpine tent pitches can host one tent up to 8m² and includes a parking slot for one car.
Campground price does not include: tourist tax 2.30€ per person per day. Children under the age of 14 are exempted. Pets, electricity, Natura Wellness entrance or any other extras. For any extra vehicles, tents, awnings or that like that might fit on the pitch an extra fee will be charged.
Important note: guests who plan to sleep some nights out of the campsite during their stay (e.g., in a mountain hut), are kindly requested to advise us so when checking in.
Payment options: The bill can be paid with debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or in cash up to 4,999.99€.
Please note that all our rates are subject to change and may vary.
3. Reservations
In order to make a binding reservation, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The payment should be made directly on our website at the following page: Deposit Payment, or you can send us your credit or debit card details (we accept Visa and Mastercard). Alternatively, you can make the payment via bank transfer up to 7 days prior to arrival to the following bank account:

3.1 group reservations

We do not accept groups during the high season (from mid-July to mid-August and the New Year period).
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation of a stay
With a final reservation, you declare to accept the cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 1382 of the Civil Code. There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code; nevertheless, we grant you the following withdrawal conditions.
In the event of cancellation or change of reservation more than 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date, no penalty shall be charged.In the event of cancellation or change of reservation less than 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date, 30% of the agreed total price shall be charged, which corresponds to the amount of the deposit paid. Except for special offers where otherwise specified.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.
For reservations made using a gift voucher, cancellation costs will be deducted from the value of the voucher.
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing.
The campsite recommends taking out a travel cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.
4.2 Cancellation of massages
In the event of cancellation or change of reservation the day prior or the same day of the agreed appointment, 100% of the agreed total price shall be charged. For reservations made using a gift voucher, cancellation costs will be deducted from the value of the voucher.
5. Check-in and out and extensions of stay
5.1 Check-in for rooms, lodges, Üties, and A-Frame Cabins: Check-in is possible from 15:00 until 20:30. In case of arrivals after 21:00, please notify the reception by 20:30.
Check-out for rooms, lodges, Üties, and A-Frame Cabins: Please vacate the accommodation by 10:00. We recommend settling your bill the day before by 20:00.
5.2 Check-in for pitches: Check-in is possible from 10:00 to 20:30. During the high season, the access barrier is closed from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00 to ensure the rest of the guests. For organizational reasons, the reserved pitch will be held until 19:00 on the day of arrival. After this time, in the absence of notice of delay, the pitches will no longer be guaranteed. In case of arrivals after 21:00, please inform us by phone or email by 20:30.
Check-out for pitches: Please leave the pitch by 10:00. If necessary, you can settle the bill the day before by 20:00.
5.3 Extensions of stay: Any extensions of your stay must be requested at the reception the evening before the agreed departure and are subject to availability.
6. Additional Information:
The administration of Sass Dlacia S.p.A. assumes no liability for loss of, or damage to, the personal belongings of campground guests.
