Starting point: Camping Sass Dlacia

The itinerary starts from the campsite: head south along the cross-country track. At the beginning of the actual climb, cross the track and follow the forest road to the right, path no. 24B. Follow the forest road to the edge of the wood (approx. 1900m), from where you can see the summit cross. Reach the summit on the preferable route. You have the possibility to continue towards Pralongià to stop at the refuge.

Descent: takes place on the same route as the ascent. Alternative: from the Pralongià refuge continue along some pleasant ups and downs to the Ütia de Bioch refuge, from which point you can carry on to reach the Piz Sorega refuge. From here you can go down with the lift. Go back on foot along path no. 11 in the direction of the Sass Dlacia Campsite or by bus no. 465.

Details: The excursion can also be done in the opposite direction. Starting from the mountain station of the Piz Sorega cable car, towards Ütia de Bioch, Pralongià and descend to the campsite.
